The 192.* address is a non-internet-routable address reserved for internal networks. You cannot access this address online as most internal networks use this address scheme.

To view the streaming video via the internet, you'll need to set up a Pinhole or NAT address in your router. This will port your external (internet) address to the device on the internal address. For example, if your external address is 111.222.333.4, you will port that address to 192.168.1.2. Then, from anywhere online, you enter 111.222.333.4 in your browser and it will access the device at 192.168.1.2 (your camera). Your router support should have instructions on how to do this.

Second, you'll need to know your external address (mentioned above) which is likely dynamic (it will change periodically). You can find this at whatsmyip.org. If you have a static address (which can usually be purchased from your ISP) the address will not change and you can always access it. Alternately, you can install a dynamic DNS client on your PC to update a DNS server with your current address and apply a friendly name to it. One such service is dyndns.com.
