The ServoCenter 3.1 (USB) servo controller is an embedded USB servo controller. ServoCenter 3.1 (USB) is fully programmable via the on-board USB connector or DB9F connector, allowing it to receive commands from any RS232 or USB-capable device. ServoCenter 3.1 (USB) adheres to the ServoCenter 3.1 Command Protocol, which means that complex servo movement commands can be issued by constructing and transmitting simple command packets. Since the ServoCenter 3.1 (USB) is equipped with a Type B USB connector, and male and female DB9 connectors, it is programmable from virtually any modern PC or microcontroller. The controller's serial communications capabilities support multiple baud rates, allowing users to select the speed at which data will be transferred. The ServoCenter 3.1 CD, which is included in the full ServoCenter 3.1 (USB) package, contains the Windows drivers for communicating with the ServoCenter 3.1 (USB) as well as the ServoCenter ActiveX control and the ServoCenter Win32 DLL. These components allow for rapid, powerful program development for the ServoCenter 3.1 (USB) controller. Programming examples are included in many languages.
