not a game its a head set July 30, 2010 Aaron T. Grace (California) Its a great pair of headphones, and its wireless. I also like the voice control. However effects button doesnt make much sense to me. U can increase bass or make things sound farher away, or both. I get the base thing i suppose but whats with the faraway sound? idk they are good though. oh and they still feel like they are tight on my head sometimes.
I hear you coming July 29, 2010 Justin Gillum (TN) All I can say is pick up a pair of these. Your game will never be the same.
I had no clue COD MW2 could get this INTENSE!!!!
Great Headset for the Money July 28, 2010 daforealdeal The Turtle Beach X31's are a great headset for the money. I have an Xbox 360 and play a lot of Call of Duty. I was getting tired of playing with people that had the advantage, people who could hear my ever move i made so i decided it was time to invest in a headset. I was going to purchase the X11 's but for not much more money you can have the X31's. The X31's produce great sound are very comfortable, not bad on batteries and easy are to hook up. My friends on the other end of Xbox Live say i sound better now and more clear. This was in comparison to the OEM headset made by Microsoft. The freedom of being almost completely wireless is a great bonus of this headset. The only wire coming out of the headset goes to the controller and is used for the chat portion of Xbox live. If you dont want to chat then there is no need for wires coming out of the headset. I hear sounds in Modern Warfare 2 i never heard before through my TV. So if you are not a major league gamer and want good bang for your buck on a wireless headset this is the one for you.
Great for fps July 25, 2010 redirtfarmer These are great for Cod mw2 but the eat batterys so pick up a few rechargeables and you will be fine.
awesome depending on where you are July 24, 2010 college student These work great when I am at home, but I am a college student who also live in a large dorm, and their these cannot be used at all. When at home they work great and I am able to walk out of my room and downstairs and still here everything fine, but in a dorm environment I cannot even sit next to the transmitter because of all the interference I am guessing. You are able to hear some of what comes out as long as you are willing to deal with extremely loud popping every 3-4 seconds. I still would recommend these to anyone who would like wireless headphones and live in an area where their is not a hundred other people withing range with their own wireless equipment.
